We Brew Beer We brew traditional real ale, using floor malted barley, hops, water and yeast. Our water is natural Cornish spring water supplied from our own borehole and the malted barley from our nearest maltsters, Tuckers Maltings in Newton Abbott. We aim to use local ingredients as much as possible and are hoping to try and produce our own barley and hops in the future, based as we are on a traditional Cornish farm.
